On-loan Barcelona star Vitor Roque has late this week provided an insight into the standout performers from his short-lived stint in Catalunya’s capital.

Roque is for his part of course currently in the midst of final preparations for a first-ever meeting with his parent club.

After linking up with Real Betis on loan during the summer, the Brazilian international will be hopeful of making his mark when the Verdiblancos lock horns with Barcelona in a La Liga showdown on Saturday afternoon.

Ahead of the Estadio Benito Villamarín clash, Roque, in turn, sat down for an interview with Directo Gol this week.

During as much, the 19-year-old was drawn on a whole host of topics surrounding Hansi Flick’s Barcelona squad.

And one which has since garnered widespread attention came in the form of Roque’s list of players who impressed him most during his six months or so in Catalunya’s capital.

As cited by Mundo Deportivo, the young frontman explained:

“With certainty, those who caught my attention most were Raphinha, Lamine Yamal and Frenkie de Jong.”
