The Portugal international seemed back to his best on Tuesday and helped second-place Al Nassr turn it around against third-place Al Shabab.

After the hosts went down by two in the opening 40 mins, an inspired second half turned the game 3-2, with Ronaldo serving up a vintage curler from just outside the box for the game-winner.

The cheers erupted, and the No. 7 celebrated with team-mates after his 14th league goal in 15 appearances.

It was clutch for the title race, too, as Al Nassr are three points off the top spot with two games to go.

But with the 38-year-old reportedly pushing for an exit, could it be his last strike for the club?
