Luka Modric produced a masterclass against Girona and his inclusion is crucial as he provides the creative pack in the lineup. Fede Valverde is another key member, who will be useful to cover a lot of ground and stabilise the midfield.

Jude Bellingham also suffered a blow but he should be fit to take onto the field. His recent form has been great and he can play an instrumental role yet again.

Attack

Big boost for Real Madrid as both Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo are expected to be available for participation. They will join Kylian Mbappe, who scored in the previous game, to form the attacking front.

David Alaba, Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao and Eduardo Camavinga are the long-term absentees.
