Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. was responsible for a wonderful gesture during the club’s meeting with Real Betis on Sunday night.

Carlo Ancelotti’s troops of course marked their return to action a short time ago.

Eyeing a return to winning ways amid efforts to close the gap on table-topping Barcelona, Real welcomed the aforementioned Betis to the Spanish capital, for a La Liga clash.

And, when all was said and done, bounce back with a three-point haul is precisely what Los Blancos managed.

En route to an eventual 2-0 triumph, summer signing Kylian Mbappé broke his La Liga duck at the fourth time of asking, to the tune of a brace.

After slotting home at the near post midway through the first-half, the France international helped himself to a 2nd of the evening 15 minutes from time.

And, in the buildup to his brace, one of Mbappé’s attacking partners in crime threw his full backing behind the summer arrival, in classy fashion.

After winning a penalty for Real Madrid, Vinícius, fresh from himself slotting home from the spot in midweek, handed the ball to Mbappé.

Not only that, but the Brazilian then urged the Santiago Bernabéu crowd to get behind the 25-year-old, who responded by rifling home in confident fashion from 12 yards.

The pair then came together for a heartfelt embrace, showcasing the kind of togetherness which will no doubt bring a smile to the faces of Blancos fans the world over.
