Real Madrid welcomed Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to earn a positive result at home in the UEFA Champions League. Los Blancos made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the second minute when Bernardo Silva scored a great goal. However, the home team equalised thanks to an unfortunate own goal from Ruben Dias in the 12th minute. Rodrygo put his team 2-1 ahead just two minutes later as Carlo Ancelotti’s players went into the half-time break 2-1 up on the scoreline.

Phil Foden got his name on the scoresheet with a great strike in the 66th minute. Just five minutes later, Josko Gvardiol put Man City ahead when he scored with an excellent strike. However, Federico Valverde equalised for Los Blancos with a magnificent effort in the 79th minute. The contest finished with Real Madrid being held to a hard-fought 3-3 draw at the Bernabeu.
