Villarreal agree personal terms with PSG star | OneFootball

The board at La Liga outfit Villarreal have early this week tied up the terms of a contract agreement with a member of the goalkeeper ranks at Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain.

That’s according to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, who points towards Arnau Tenas as the player in question.

Tenas, for his part, is fresh off another season confined to the bench in France’s capital.

Whilst playing 2nd fiddle to Gianluigi Donnarumma in Luis Enrique’s squad, the former Barcelona talent was afforded a grand total of just two appearances across all competitions.

In turn, it has come as no major surprise to see Tenas heavily linked with a departure from the Parc des Princes this summer.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media this week is anything to go by, then a return to his home country now appears to be in store for the 24-year-old.

As per a report from journalist Matteo Moretto:

‘Villarreal have a closed agreement with Arnau Tenas, pending the final details between the clubs.’
