Aston Villa has today announced that there will be early road closures around Villa Park before the Round of 16 Europa Conference League home leg against Ajax tomorrow night.
The last team to visit Villa Park in a European competition was Polish side Legia Warszawa at the end of November and we all remember what happened that night.

I am sure the road closures will be the club and local authorities working together to prevent similar scenes outside of Villa Park.
The restrictions around the ground will kick in at 5.00 pm and not return to normal until 10.30 pm.
The closures on Witton Road and Trinity Road will remain in place for the entirety of the fixture.
The club have also asked that fans arrive at the ground no later than 7.30 pm.
