Eintracht travel to third-tier side Viktoria Köln in the second round of the DFB Cup.

Eintracht Frankfurt have been drawn against FC Viktoria Köln in the second round of the DFB Cup. Viktoria beat Werder Bremen 3-2 in the first round of the competition. The second-round tie will be held on Tuesday 31 October or Wednesday 1 November. Board member for sport Markus Krösche: “Viktoria Köln knocked out Werder Bremen in the first round, so we need to take that as a warning. We know they have a good team. We want to progress to the next round and will do all we can to justify our tag as favourites. We’re in for a tough battle – and we’ll prepare ourselves for that.”
