“I struggled to get into the right positions in the first few minutes. After the goal, we opened up and did better. I’m happy; providing three assists in a game doesn’t happen often but, if Rodrigo hadn’t stuck them away, my passes would’ve meant very little. It’s shame not to have won it but that can happen. Palacio is a great guy because he helps you a lot during training; he’s very important for me. My position? I like to make deep runs, but I played as a number 10 at Chievo like I did today. The best assist of the three was the first; making that pass in traffic was not easy. Italy U21? I’ll obviously be happy if I’m picked, but I’m only thinking about Bologna right now.”
