(Video): Worrying news as €55m star is revealed to not be capable of playing 90 minutes even after a long break

One of the more surprising parts of yesterday’s game was seeing €55m valued Reece James on the bench, despite the fact he had been suspended for our last game and not featured.

Afterwards, Mauricio Pochettino explained that his medical team had informed him that James could only play 45 minutes, and that they had chosen to bring him on for a second half impact.

It did work – James got forward and put a couple of really dangerous crosses in, although of course there was no competent finisher on the end of them.

It’s very worrying that James can’t play 90 minutes even after 10 days without a game.
