Thomas Tuchel was interviewed after an impressive win for Chelsea last night, and he was asked about what he made of the Blues’ showing.

He was happy, and also noted that he had seen it coming from the moment the squad had regrouped after a couple of days off.

“We trained yesterday with the same kind of spirit,” he revealed, explaining that he thought the long break since Brighton on Tuesday had helped the team regroup mentally and physically, and they really showed it.
