His answer on what he made of the win over Norwich was very revealing in terms of what he clearly thought the team had been missing before that.

“We were sharp from the start. We had a lot of intensity, a high rhythm we never stopped… We were hungry,” the German coach commented. That was what was pleasing for everyone – even if it had just ended up as 3-0, the energy levels were high despite a busy week and a few injuries, and it’s no wonder Tuchel looks so content.
