(Video): Thomas Tuchel explains his coaching philosophy

During the last international break, Thomas Tuchel had a rather interesting interview with “Stadium Astro” TV from Malaysia.

They asked some more in depth questions that you might usually get in a press conference, and they started with a pretty big one – asking Tuchel what his overall football and coaching philosophy was. It was such a big question it actually took Tuchel a moment to compose his thoughts before answering.

He said that his focus was on “honesty” – being direct and straightforward with the players at all time. He also said that being “reliable” for those who are relying on you was important.
