Chelsea’s tiredness at the moment is a direct result of two things – the number of games they’ve played, and the injuries they’ve had forcing certain players to push themselves to the limit.

Players pushing themselves like that then leads to more injuries, and the cycle continues. That’s what we think anyway. On TalkSport, Trevor Sinclair had another theory – Chelsea’s skinny players like Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic are struggling to keep up with the intensity of the English game.
