Liverpool forward Takumi Minamino scored his first goal for the club against Arsenal in the Community Shield at Wembley Stadium at the backend of August.
A few weeks later, Minamino has added two more goals to his Liverpool tally. The forward scored two goals against Lincoln City at the Sincil Stadium in the Carabao Cup last night.
Minamino’s first goal against Lincoln City was an absolute gem. The ball fell to the Japan international on the edge of the box. Minamino struck the ball with such conviction that it found the top-right corner.
If Minamino can keep scoring goals, he might one day find himself as a regular in Jurgen Klopp’s XI. Minamino has made 17 appearances for the Reds since signing for the club back in January, but he has only played 619 minutes.
