City’s win at the London Stadium maintains their perfect start to the new Premier League season. There was a host of discussion points to come out of the game which Steven covers as he reacts to City’s win.

Erling Haaland continued his magnificent start to the new season as he scored another hat trick against West Ham. That makes it back-to-back hat tricks for City’s number 9. He now has 7 goals in three Premier League games to start the season. The numbers are absurd but Erling Haaland looks to be in supreme form at the moment. If his start to the season is anything to go by then Haaland looks set for a massive 24/25 season.

Manchester City’s first-half performance against West Ham was one of their most dominant for the season. The 2-1 scoreline wasn’t a true reflection of City’s dominance. If that performance is the standard for Pep Guardiola’s side this season they could be set for another dominant campaign. The fact the champions are performing so well without Phil Foden and Rodri speaks volumes of how Manchester City are playing currently.
