Casemiro turned his back on Bruno Fernandes’ penalty in Manchester United’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea as the team continues to struggle for goals.
The Brazilian midfielder shared a hug with Andre Onana after Fernandes scored the opener against Chelsea.
Fernandes made no mistake from the spot as he sent Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez the wrong way to make it 1-0. Sadly, the lead only lasted four minutes through Moises Caicedo.
Scoring goals is not a strong point for this United side. It is perhaps the biggest task that awaits Ruben Amorim, who begins work as head coach on November 11. Fernandes’ opening goal was only United’s ninth goal in 10 games this season.

Onana and Casemiro have not had enough reasons to celebrate this season, but they both reacted to Fernandes’ goal by hugging it out.
The Cameroon goalkeeper walked to the centre of the pitch to comfort Casemiro, who was unable to watch as Fernandes stepped up to the penalty spot.
All he needed was the reaction from the crowd to know whether Fernandes had scored. Old Trafford erupted but not for long.

It was another case of United being unable to hold onto their lead. Chelsea reacted quickly, but neither team should be happy with their performance.
United were equally as poor as Chelsea.
