With that being the case, Liverpool Football Club has released a short compilation to celebrate Wijnaldum’s time at Anfield.
The footage below highlights that Wijnaldum loved playing for the Reds, which is why it is sad to see him go. The Dutchman made 237 appearances for the club.
Wijnaldum won the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and Premier League title with Liverpool. The 30-year-old will be remembered as an Anfield legend.
