Well, we all saw that coming.

Kalidou Koulibaly has been sent off for a second yellow card.

I felt inevitable from the moment he got his first one, especially as things began to fall apart at the back.

The Senegal star got spun earlier in the game, and as Chelsea pushed to equalise their structure broke down entirely and left him more and more exposed. Even so, getting sent off for a pointless professional foul like this is just foolish – at 3-0 down it would have been better to just concede another goal.
