Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has explained why Liverpool’s lack of rhythm against Atalanta was “normal”.
Klopp gave the fringe players an opportunity against the Serie A side last night. The likes of Kostas Tsimikas, Neco Williams, Rhys Williams and Divock Origi all started against Atalanta.

We agree with Klopp. The players who took to the pitch last night don’t play together on a weekly basis, so there was bound to be a lack of rhythm.
