Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville are used to arguing over their respective clubs but there were little to no disagreements as the pair picked their combined Liverpool and Manchester United starting eleven ahead of this week’s mouthwatering clash between the two sides.
The former England defenders agreed on as many as eight positions, with all of them being Liverpool players. Carragher opted for Joel Matip at centre-back, whilst Neville went for Harry Maguire. Further up the pitch, Carragher chose Bruno Fernandes and Mason Greenwood whilst Neville, quite surprisingly, opted to go with Roberto Firimino and Cristiano Ronaldo, as seen above.
