Video: Italy talent Udogie wiped out for Tottenham

Italy international Destiny Udogie was wiped out by Aston Villa player John McGinn for a straight red card in what could’ve been a leg-breaker for the Tottenham Hotspur full-back.

Former Udinese starlet Udogie has made a strong impact in the Premier League, which is pushing him up the ranking into the senior Italy squad under Luciano Spalletti too.

He showed that change of pace and how he can draw fouls when Tottenham visited Aston Villa this afternoon, but McGinn took it too far with a terrible tackle that showed no attempt to get the ball.

Udogie’s Spurs teammates rushed to defend him and even the Italian tried to get up to immediately confront his attacker, only to crumple back to the ground.

Fortunately, he was able to continue the match and did not sustain an injury.
