After Tuesday’s game, Frank Lampard noted that his wing backs hadn’t got forward enough, probably scared by the pace of Real Madrid on the counter. It’s something he will be desperate to change in the second leg as his team chase the game.

It’s notable because he mentioned it in the press conference as well as here, in his chat with Chelsea TV, where he called it one of his biggest “frustrations” from the first leg.
