It was announced in 2017 that Liverpool Football Club would leave Melwood for a new training facility in Kirkby.
The plan was for Jurgen Klopp’s side to move to the new training facility ahead of the 2020-21 season.
However, because of the coronavirus, Klopp’s side will remain at Melwood for the time being.
The pandemic ultimately meant construction on the facility had to stop. However, construction has now restarted.
Footage of Liverpool’s new training facility has emerged.
The video below, which has been provided by @Watch_LFC, provides a sneak peek of what the new facility will look like.
It is hard to give a review of the facility, as it is not finished yet. However, by watching the footage below, it is clear that the facility is going to be quite big.
