Liverpool midfielder Diogo Jota scored for Portugal against Germany last weekend.
As you can see in the footage below, which has been provided by ITV, Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo crossed the ball into an unmarked Jota. The 24-year-old then smashed the ball into the back of the net.

We were not shocked to hear that Jota had scored for Portugal against Germany. He is a capable goalscorer after all. Jota has scored 25 goals in 86 Premier League appearances.
However, Jota’s goal was not enough to secure Portugal the victory. Germany won the Euro 2020 clash 4-2.
