As a result of COVID-19, Liverpool have not played in front of fans since March 2020.
Liverpool forward Diogo Jota joined the club from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the recent summer. With that being the case, Jota has not played in front of the Anfield faithful as a Liverpool player.
Jota did play at Anfield in front of a crowd when he was a Wolves player.
Jota said (00:00) that the Anfield atmosphere is one of the best in the world. Jota added that it has felt like something has been missing with no fans allowed inside the stadium.
However, things are starting to look up. Liverpool Football Club are allowed 2,000 fans inside Anfield for the Premier League clash against Wolves this weekend.
