Reported Celtic goalkeeping target Altay Bayindir has been involved in a shocking own-goal at the Euros as Portugal went two goals in front of Turkey.

The 26-year-old started the game in Dortmund and was partially responsible as a slack back-pass from Akaydin, which ended up crossing the line.

Bayindir has the No.1 shirt at Manchester United but is beyond Onana in Erik Ten Hag’s estimations, meaning he has had limited game time. Celtic have been linked with the former Fenerbahce stopper as the club looks to replace Joe Hart, who retired after a brilliant three seasons at the club.
