(Video) Bruno Fernandes annoyed with fan for picking Mo Salah over him in FPL | OneFootball

It was probably the last thing Bruno Fernandes expected to hear last night as he left Old Trafford after Manchester United’s 3-2 victory over Arsenal.

One fan made the Portugal international aware that he has picked Mohamed Salah over him in the online Fantasy Premier League game.

Fernandes, who made it 1-1 against Arsenal with his equaliser just before the break, hasn’t been as prolific in front of goal this season, so I think the fan can be forgiven for picking a player who has starred in FPL thus far this season.

He drove off after showing signs of disbelief – but it was all done in a jokey manner.

It’s hard to believe that Fernandes would be bothered by someone’s FPL selections, though he may expect United fans to favour him over a Liverpool player.

When points are to be won, what does a leading FPL manager do? Salah is one of the most selected players in FPL this season and that shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.

Moreover, there are a lot of United fans selecting Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Fernandes for his goalscoring.

But anyone with Fernandes selected in the FPL would’ve been happy to see him get on the scoresheet last night, and hopefully he can do the same against Crystal Palace on Sunday, under new interim manager Ralf Rangnick.
