Chelsea left back Ben Chilwell returned to training this week, adding a ray of sunshine to a pretty gloomy couple of weeks.
He chose a good week to return – as he often does when things are a little downcast at Cobham, Thomas Tuchel decided to allow his players to play some basketball.

Trevoh Chalobah in particular has some lovely 3 points technique – and even Tuchel himself stepped up to have a go.
There’s also a new haircut for Kai which you can spot later on…
