Achraf Hakimi arrived this past summer to solidify Paris Saint-Germain’s right-back position, which has been a weak spot in the squad over the past couple of years.

Upon his arrival, the former Inter Milan defender sparked an immediate friendship with Kylian Mbappé. The two have become very close and are often seen together if anyone follows the two players on their social media platforms.

Ahead of the UEFA Champions League matchup against Club Brugge, Hakimi spoke about the friendship that he has developed with Mbappé.

“To tell the truth, with Mbappé, we are very good friends, good comrades. It is a bond that has come about naturally,” Hakimi stated at a press conference.
