More than 4,500 boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 16 have enjoyed the 70 VCF Summer Camps that have been held in 15 different countries in America, Europe and Asia.
The great success of the Summer Camps at the Ciudad Deportiva, which in 2024 had 800 participants in each of the four blocks organised, adds to the great response to the different VCF Camps that have been run both nationally (Mallorca, Mahón, Ibiza, Vinaròs, Torrevieja and Oliva) and internationally.
The initiative has consolidated the presence of Valencia CF in markets such as the USA, Canada, Mexico, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Jordan and Japan, and has incorporated locations in countries such as Finland, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland and Lithuania.
More than 60 coaches from the VCF Academy and VCF Schools participated in these VCF Camps to ensure the implementation of the training methodology and the identity and philosophy of the VCF Academy.
In North America, 3 VCF Camps were held in Canada, in collaboration with the VCF Academy Canada in Montreal, Moncton and Steinbach; in the USA, 4 VCF Camps were run in Seattle (VCF Academy Seattle) and Chicago (VCF Academy Chicago), as well as in Tulsa and Michigan; while in Mexico, Querétaro hosted a VCF Camp as a continuation of the successful one held in León in March.
In Europe, countries such as Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium had more than 1000 participants in each camp, with 24 locations in Italy and 15 in the Netherlands and Belgium. In addition, the VCF Academy Greece ran camps in 5 cities and the VCF Camps in Estonia, Ireland and Lithuania were joined by Finland and Hungary as new venues.
In Asia, the VCF Academies in Wakayama and Kanazawa held 3 Camps in Japan, while in Jordan one was held in Amman was consolidated, organised in collaboration with The Bridge SC -an entity for which Valencia CF is a Technical Partner.
The most immediate plans for future camps outside the summer are in the USA, Belgium, Mexico and Kuwait.
