Valverde named LaLiga player of the month for September

Federico Valverde has been named LaLiga player of the month for September. The midfielder delivered a series of superb performances in Real Madrid's three domestic fixtures this month, against Betis, Mallorca and Atlético de Madrid.

All three games ended with wins for our team. Against Betis, the midfielder set up the winner, before he opened the scoring for Madrid against Mallorca at the Bernabéu and also found the back of the net in the derby at the Cívitas Metropolitano, where he got the league leaders' second of the night.
