Valencia coach Rino Gattuso says Edinson Cavani will make his debut this weekend against Celta Vigo.

The free transfer from Manchester United has had over a week's training with VCF.

Gattuso said: "Cavani is fine. The man of the match is with us. We are going to decide if he is ready to play from the first minute or not.

"He has trained well. We are happy that he is ready, what do I expect from him? Let him score."

Gattuso also commented on trialling goalkeeper Iago Herrerin.

He said, "I have read many things this week. It is not respectful and say that the kid is fat that he has ten more kilos.

"He is normal. He is a boy who has a particular physique, he has not trained for three months. He has been training for a week and will be training with us for another week."
