Decisive second half finishing sees Chelsea beat Wolfsburg 2-1 in the first leg of the UEFA Womenâs Champions League quarter-finals.

A physical encounter between two heavyweights, this match had action at either end of the pitch. Yet, while Wolfsburg outshot Chelsea 22-6, the Blues come out on top.
Early on, Wolfsburg looked shaky and two poor back passes in the opening minutes gave Chelsea come glorious opportunities but they couldnât capitalise.
After settling in, the German club managed to find their groove as Alexandra Popp hit the woodwork and moments later had the ball in the back of the net but the goal was ruled out for a handball.
As time went on, Wolfsburgâs persistent attack had Chelsea on the ropes.
A spell of four chances on target within a few seconds forced goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger to make three saves and see another chance cleared off the line.
Deadlocked at halftime, there was still everything left to play for after the break.
In the second half, Chelsea looked to take control of the match and some brilliance from dynamic duo Frank Kirby and Sam Kerr broke the deadlock after 55 minutes.
Wolfsburgâs Fridolina Rolfö, meanwhile, couldnât convert two chances just prior.
Pernille Harder then scored against her former club to double the lead after Chelsea pounced on a poor pass.
Eventually, Wolfsburg were able to score a crucial away goal after Dominique Janssen converted a penalty but they couldnât find enough for a late draw.
The second leg will take place on 31 March at Ferenc Szusza Stadium.
