The United States Menâs National Team responded well after suffering a heavy defeat against Colombia at the weekend, securing a draw against Brazil in Orlando.
Scorers: Pulisic 26âČ ; Rodrygo 17âČ
There were early warning signs for Brazil as Yunus Musah smashed his long-range effort off of the crossbar in the opening five moments.
Brazil responded well however, snatching the lead on the break through Rodrygo to set a potentially ominous tone after Gregg Berhalterâs side 5-1 thumping at the hands of Colombia just a few days ago.
A repeat of that affair would not be however, as the hosts found the equaliser thanks to a superb Christian Pulisic free-kick on the edge of the box.
After Brazil poured on the pressure in the early goings of the second-half, the best chance actually fell to the United States when Pulisic was picked out at the back-post, but Alisson Becker got down to make a stunning save on the AC Milan man.
Next up for both sides is the group stage of Copa América in the United States.
