Manchester United are 14th in the Premier League with only eight points from seven games.
The Red Devils have also struggled in the Europa League with back-to-back draws and manager Erik ten Hag is under immense pressure.
United host Brentford in the league on Saturday, and anything less than a win could lead to serious questions over his position.
Amidst this, Ajansspor claims Turkey manager Vincenzo Montella is one of the names under consideration to replace Ten Hag at United.
Turkey had a good run at the European Championship, reaching the quarter-finals, but a manager should be judged on his overall track record.
Montella has one piece of silverware in the Italian Super Cup as manager. That came with AC Milan between 2016 and 2017. He won 33 out of 64 games.
He has won only 45.3 percent of his matches as a manager. He would not be a good appointment, and the club should look for someone with a higher profile.
Ten Hag has the backing from the hierarchy, but he must turn around the club’s fortunes.
If United continue the current run of form until the next international break, co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe may consider replacing him.
