Bayern Munich midfielder Michael Cuisance did NOT fail his medical at Leeds United, it has been revealed.

Cuisance was all set to sign for Leeds this week, only for the deal to fall through over claims of a failed medical.

Details of the tests have now emerged in BILD with it reported Cuisance is fully fit and could play for Leeds today against Manchester City.

However, club doctors detected a 'potential' future injury "in one leg" and the 21 year-old "could break something" in the future.

As such, Leeds pulled out of the deal, sending Cuisance back to Munich and ending talks over a €20m transfer.
