A dominant Germany defeated Denmark 4-0 at a sold-out Brentford Community Stadium to lead UEFA Women’s Euro Group B.
Felicitas Rauch hit the Danish crossbar from the edge of the area inside ten minutes and was similarly denied soon after, the rebound then headed by Lea Schuller against the upright.
Lene Christensen saved well from Lina Magull but there no stopping the German forward’s rocket on 20 minutes.

Denmark looked to respond, as Signed Brunn forced a flying save from Merle Frohms.
Schüller eventually doubled the lead with a header from a corner, Lena Lattwein and Alexandra Popp adding one each, before a late red card for Danish substitute Kathrine Kuhl.
