UEFA have revealed the three nominees for the Men’s Player and Coach of the Year Awards.

Champions League and Super Cup winners Manchester City have two players in contention, with Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne both getting the nod.

While the third candidate is Lionel Messi, who spent last season playing for Paris Saint-Germain before his move to Inter Miami.

As for the coaches, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is in contention for the award, as is Champions League runner-up Simone Inzaghi. Luciano Spalletti – who guided Napoli to their first Serie A title in over 30 years last season – completes the trio.
