The 2022/23 Champions League group stage wrapped up last week and on Monday the draw was made for the round of 16.

And today Uefa have revealed the official Champions League Team of the Group Stage.

Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa is between the sticks behind a back four of Benfica’s Álex Grimaldo, Club Brugge’s Brandon Mechele, RB Leipzig’s Mohamed Simakan and Napoli’s Giovanni Di Lorenzo.

Then in midfield we’ve got Bayern Munich’s Sadio Mané, Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham, Porto’s Galeno and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.

Capped off by Paris Saint-Germain duo Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé up front.
