UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin has scoffed at Real Madrid rival Florentino Perez's attacks.

Florentino has been disparaging of Ceferin during this week's Super League fiasco.

Asked why Florentino is so critical, he responded on 24ur.com: "Because he wants a president who obeys him, who listens to him and does what he thinks. And I try to do what I think is good for European and world football.

"It's about football. I can sit next to everyone, and in the matches we organise, I also establish the seating plan. So I can put someone a little further away from me.
