Borussia Dortmund's U23s will face Arminia Bielefeld on Matchday 29 of the 3. Liga season. The clash with the club relegated from the second tier at Stadion Rote Erde will start at 14:00 CET on Saturday.

After two spectacular and high-scoring victories at home to Verl (5-2) and away to Unterhaching (4-3), the Black & Yellows suffered their first away defeat since November last weekend, slipping to a 2-1 loss at MSV Duisburg. "We didn't like the first half. Overall, there was more in it for us," BVB's attacking player Julian Hettwer said in summary of the match. BVB are in fifth place in the table with 45 points ahead of the 29th round of games.

Opponents Bielefeld are battling relegation from the 3. Liga. The team led by coach Michél Kniat, who has been in the role since the start of the season, occupies 16th spot in the table with 30 points. The East Westphalians have recently drawn two matches against Saarbrücken (1-1) and Verl (0-0). The latest win to date, a 3-0 at Freiburg II, came more than a month ago. "Bielefeld have an experienced team. They can always count on the support of their fans. We can expect the same on Saturday," said Hettwer of the upcoming match. The reverse fixture at the Bielefelder Alm last October ended in a 2-2 draw. Rodney Elongo-Yombo bagged a brace for BVB.

Approximately 5,000 tickets have already been sold for the game on Saturday. Leftover tickets are available via the Online Ticket Shop and the Ticket Office.
