The Whites return to PL2 action after the recent international break, which saw a number of players out representing their countries over that time. In their last match before the break, over 10,000 fans inside Elland Road saw a thoroughly entertaining 6-2 victory against previously unbeaten Southampton.

Michael Skubala’s side have been in fine form so far this season, winning four and drawing one of their opening five games, scoring 20 goals in the process. Those run of results have sent Leeds to the top of the table early on, level on points with Middlesbrough, but having played a game less.

Responsible for just over half of those goals up to this point has been Sonny Perkins (6) and Mateo Joseph (5), showing a lethal touch early in the campaign. Friday’s visitors Stoke will look to Dara McGuinness to extend on his good start, he’s scored three up to now.

The Potters are currently 9th in the league, but have played less games than others around them. From four matches, Kevin Russell’s side have won just the once, losing twice and drawing most recently last time out against Aston Villa after coming from three goals down!

Tickets can be purchased for the match through York SMC’s official ticketing site, by clicking here.

Tickets are priced at £6 for Adults, £3 for Under 18s, £3 for Concessions and £3 for students.
