Speaking to the Daily Echo, Tyler Dibling recently drew on the comparisons between him and Gareth Bale. While remaining humbled, Dibling admitted he didn't feel the pressure of being mentioned in that group of names.

In his own words, Tyler Dibling said: “I don't really feel the pressure when I hear about that. Obviously those players, like Bale, are so good. If I'm going to get put in that group of players that came up (at Saints), it's just good to be around those names. It’s cool.”

If Tyler Dibling even goes on to become half the player Gareth Bale did, then Southampton can add yet another win to their impressive tally. However, like Bale, the Saints will not reap the rewards for long.

Indeed, Tyler Dibling is spending his last few months at Southampton now. He is one of those players who will surely leave if Southampton are relegated at the end of the season.

So far, top teams are linked with a move for Tyler Dibling. He has avenues to stay in the Premier League and frankly, he would be silly not to.

While it would be bittersweet to watch Dibling hit new heights away from Southampton next season, fans will not blame him for excelling his career and doing what is the best for him.
