Bournemouth and USMNT midfielder Tyler Adams is set for an extended period on the sidelines after undergoing hamstring surgery.
According to the Athletic, Adams’ recovery time is expected to be around five months, which would keep him out of action until late February.
The 24-year-old only made took the field for Bournemouth in September following a summer move from Leeds United, but he will have an extended wait to return to action for the Cherries.
Bournemouth currently sit in the relegation zone in the Premier League with zero wins after eight games.
