Two more Liverpool fixtures moved for TV schedules in the coming weeks

Liverpool have had two of their upcoming Premier League games rearranged for TV scheduling reasons as The Reds battle for a top-four finish.

Jürgen Klopp’s men have six matches left in which to force their way into the Champions League qualification places for next season. There will be high demand among fans to view every one of those games. For now, Liverpool’s first two fixtures in May have been snapped up by Sky Sports, and don’t be surprised to see every other Reds match on live UK TV between now and the end of the season.

The rearranged games are Liverpool’s visit to Manchester United, which will be on Sunday week, and their home fixture with Southampton the following Saturday.

Rearranged fixtures:

  • Manchester United vs Liverpool – Sunday, May 2nd, 16:30
  • Liverpool vs Southampton – Saturday, May 8th, 20:15

Before those games, Liverpool welcome Newcastle United to Anfield in the early game this Saturday.

Liverpool’s remaining fixtures after the Southampton match are West Brom (A), Burnley (A), and Crystal Palace (H).

Hopefully, they may be in the top four when the curtain comes down on the 2020/21 Premier League campaign.
