There were just four minutes on the clock in Dortmund when both sets of fans were left furious that their side hadn’t found the net.
First up, the hosts were left in disbelief when Marcel Sabitzer was picked out seven yards from goal unmarked and looked certain to score… only to take a touch and allow Cesár Azpilicueta across to make a superb block and save the day.
But the Rojiblancos were quickly rueing their own decision-making in front of goal when, on a lethal counter-attack, Álvaro Morata was sent scampering through on goal but opted for a chip in his attempt to beat Gregor Kobel and skewed it horribly wide.
Surely the finishing has to improve!
