Joshua Zirkzee remains the primary target for AC Milan and although talks have hit a stalemate, there is still some confidence. According to a report, the next ten days will be decisive as the Rossoneri are keeping an eye on Man Utd.

Milan have been working on Joshua Zirkzee for many months and after a breakthrough seemed close a few weeks back, the talks have hit a stalemate. The striker’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, continues to ask for a hefty commission of €10m.

According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the next ten days will be decisive as Zirkzee is currently at the Euros with the Netherlands. Milan are still working on lowering the commission request, while keeping a close eye on the possible inclusion of Man Utd in the race.

From tomorrow, as the transfer window will open, the €40m release clause can be paid and then it’s a case of reaching an agreement with the player. And to get an agreement with the player, you need to get the consent of the agent.

Milan have already convinced Zirkzee to join the club but as said, there is still no agreement with Joorabchian on the commission. Man Utd, meanwhile, will probably be able to offer more to the agent.
