He underwent a key-hole surgery the day after and the Rossoneri confirmed that he will be out for about 30 days. If that ends up being the case, then he will miss not just the Juventus clash but also the important derby against Inter.

According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), there is cautious optimism at Milanello that Tomori will be able to recover in time for the derby. It would be a huge bonus to have him available then, but it will also depend on the January window.
