Sergio Conceicao is currently thinking about the starting line-up that will give him the best chance of winning his second trophy with AC Milan.

As Tuttosport (via MilanPress) report, Conceicao will have Rafa Leao back at his disposal after the winger was suspended for the league match on Friday. Youssouf Fofana missed that game with a foot problem, but will also be back in the starting XI for the final.

The return of the Portuguese winger and the French midfielder should be the only two changes compared to the Serie A fixture as per the paper. That means that Luka Jovic should still be the starting striker, with Santiago Gimenez to be used as a weapon during the match.

The centre-forward position is the one big dilemma to resolve, given that Gimenez has three goals in his last three games (plus an assist), while Jovic is more in the rhythm of starting games and scored a brace against Inter to take Milan to the final.

The rest of the team will be the same as since switching to a three-man defence. Mike Maignan will be in goal, Tomori-Gabbia-Pavlovic the defence, Alex Jimenez on the right and Theo Hernandez on the left, then Tijjani Reijnders with Fofana in the middle and Christian Pulisic as the right winger.
